Televisit Instructions

For televisit appointments a member of our medical staff will call you before your appointment time to ask you questions regarding your medical history and reason for being seen. After gathering this information, the staff member will either transfer you to the front desk to collect any payment and get you checked in. 

After these steps have been completed, the provider will give you a call at the time of your appointment. Please have your phone ringer on and make sure that you are available in a space where you are able to speak and hear clearly. 

After you have talked to the provider, a member of our front staff will call you to go over next steps, such as scheduling your follow up appointment.
