Accepting New Patients
We are currently accepting new patients at all of our locations. Please call one of our offices to schedule an appointment, or book online now!
Your First Appointment
At your first appointment, please bring your ID and insurance card and arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any required paperwork.
If you have an HMO insurance plan, please have Dr. Bindal selected as your primary care provider with an effective date of the first of the month that you are being seen. You may need to call your insurance plan to have this completed. If so, please get a reference number and the representatives name that you talk to so we can verify the change.
As a new patient, your first appointment will likely last 45 minutes to an hour. Please plan accordingly so we can provide the best service to you at your appointment.
Accepted Insurances
We accept all major insurances including Medicare, BCBS (including HMO plans), UnitedHealth Care, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana.
Some plans that we do not accept are Medicaid, Ambetter, Molina, Wellpoint, Curative, and Baylor Scott and White.
These lists are not exhaustive and do not guarantee that we accept your plan. Please call our office to verify if we accept your insurance.
