Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a family physician in Mansfield, TX, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own doctor.

Examples of plans we accept inlcude Medicare, BCBS (including HMO plans), UnitedHealth Care, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana.

Some plans that we do not accept are Medicaid, Ambetter,  Molina, Wellpoint, Curative, Oscar, and Baylor Scott and White.

These lists are not exhaustive and do not guarantee that we accept your plan. Please call our office to verify if we accept your insurance. 

Notice For HMO Plans: If you have an HMO insurance plan, or your plan requires you to select a PCP, you must have Dr. Sapan Bindal selected as your primary care provider with your insurance before your appointment. Please contact our office with any questions regarding this.

Payment Options

We accept cash or credit cards. All payments, including co pay and co insurance, are due at the time of visit.  Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
