Dr. Sapan Bindal is a board-certified Family physician, who trained at one of the top 10 programs in the northeast US. He currently lives in Mansfield, close to the clinic, with his lovely wife, two kids, and a dog.
He is extensively trained in inpatient and outpatient medicine, population health, preventive care and integrative medicine. He has a lot of experience in providing urgent care, hormone treatment including bioidentical hormone therapy, medical weight loss etc.
We are open 5 days a week and accept almost all insurances. Beyond practicing primary care and walk in, we offer urgent care, allergy testing, and electronic medical records to provide seamlessly integrated care.

Jessica grew up in Illinois and graduated with her BSN at Millikin University in 2010. She worked as an RN from 2010 to 2018 gaining experience as a float pool and cardiac nurse. She decided to pursue education as a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018 with her MSN. She initially specialized in pulmonary medicine and enjoyed working with patients with chronic lung and sleep disorders from 2018 to 2022. After the COVID pandemic, she decided to return to Family Practice. She still enjoys treating patients with lung and sleep disorders but enjoys the variety that Family Practice brings.
Jessica has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2012. In 2013 they packed their bags and moved from Illinois to Texas. They have one son who brings so much joy to their lives. She loves to garden, experiment in the kitchen, and spend time with her German Shepherds.
